Thank you for booking with Galactic Artistry LLC. Please be aware that this MUST BE added to your services. Not adding will result in automatic appointment cancellation. Please read them below, there are not many. - NO KIDS NOR EXTRA GUESTS. - Only a 10-minuet grace period is allowed. Failure to communicate with your technician will mark you as a NO CALL NO SHOW and a 100% fee of all scheduled services must be paid in order to book again. - Cancellations must be made more than 3 days or 72 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours or ON THE DAY of your appointment, will be subject to a 75% fee. - All fees must be paid PRIOR to being able to rebook. -Repetitive cancellations and reschedules are reasons to be banned from booking. Please do not book under any name outside of your legal first and last, as that will also result in being banned. -These are policies set forth by Galactic Artistry LLC.
